A full restorative Reiki session, allowing you to receive healing energy without leaving your home with:

1. Pre-Session Consult: We'll discuss your physical or mental concerns and what you’d like to focus on. Perhaps it’s releasing stress, gaining clarity, or simply being open to receive whatever is meant for your highest and greatest good.

2. Guided Breathwork + Guided Meditation to help you relax, open up and get grounded.

3. Reiki Energy Healing: As I do Reiki, you just relax with your eyes closed either sitting or lying down in a comfortable place. I will work as if you were lying on my Reiki table!

4. Brief Post-Reiki Intuitive Coaching: When the reiki treatment is complete, we’ll talk about your experience, and next steps that come up for you. (For more in depth coaching, check out the "Virtual Reiki + Intuitive Integration Coaching (75min)" session).

(Distance Reiki is done via a video call.)
